...Mrs S being my Mum... old Corvette has moved on to make way for this...

Needless to say, she is most pleased by it - apparently it is 'faster than the C4' (can't have been driving it right then!?!)

I know - I'm seeing if I can get Sciencebird to get another job to go with the one she's already got. She doesn't know that yet though.

Although she was the one who came in tonight and said it's $2.10 to the pound right now...

At that rate vettes are good value for money,a bloody good argument to invest in an update.
Besides you cant have your mum in a faster model than you,can you?

Hmmm, I'd be impressed and proud in equal measures if Mum bought a Cerbie... hehe

Amusing thing is - she's dying to go out in it today - alas the wonderful road digging people have blocked the driveway! Nice day outside too!

They're over tomorrow afternoon Cliff, I'll let you know if

a) I'm allowed a go and

b) if I don't do the wise thing and not have a go.

Bluethunder - yes, I think it was that one she was going to see.

And a wonderful Mum to deal with too!

When my wife and I delivered the car she made us both welcome and made the whole deal a pleasure. The only drawback is all the goodies she showed my missus that she now wants to buy!

Good luck, enjoy the car and you know where I am in case of any problems.

Cheers, Ron
