C4 FUSE BLOCK LOCATION
Discussion
If the 1992 is like a 1991, there are two locations.
The first is simple: open the passenger (i.e. right hand side!) door and next to the top door hinge is a fuse panel; this removes and presents a number of fuses.
Unfortunately, [although whether this is in on the LT1 I don't know] there may be a more awkward fuse panel in addition: this is under the passenger side glovebox, and requires a bit of messing around to get the carpet and under-fascia off... once done, there are two little fuse blocks, each with about 4 or 5 fuses on there.
