What was everyone else doing over the weekend?

Took my Vette out for the first time in weeks Saturday, nice to use it again after a short break.
Subday I was in the garage with the car, although I didn't touch it, instead using the toys in there to construct a pair of 'lawn aerating shoes'
After nailing myself to the lawn (literally) - getting sciencebird in stitches with this fantabulous invention (basically 5" nails on some 35cm by 20 cm planks of wood) - I eventually gave up after getting halfway round the lawn to find most of the nails had bent!
If I could turn my creative genius to something on the car...

Fran your as mad as a fish with a gun......
Went on a 500 mile tour of Scotland this weekend with some fellow PHers, good god the vette is so much fun on the fast flowing roads, I am actually still grinning this morning!! Still cant believe the interest generated in the vette, people actually walked past a Porsche, Aston and Ferrari to look at my car, I was like a proud father
