Does anyone know how or where I can get hold of a new radio for my C5? I want one that will play MP3 cd disks, and obviously the european size of head unit wont fit the car.

Answers greatly appreciated.

James.

Try Clarion as they do a Double Din unit that should fit the hole.

Cheers.

Is it just double Din radios that will fit (there seem to be a fair few on the market)- will they need any wiring converters and how easy is the installation - ie something I can try myself?

I fitted a Pioneer AVIC X1R in my 02

Its a CD/radio/DVD/Nav unit. Not an easy fit but I have a How To if you need it.

BTW its a 1.5 DIN unit that fits the stock C5 housing. The double DIN units need a modified housing.

Cheers DeeGee, the 1.5 DINs on the market all look a bit pony.

Was the Double din unit a pain in the @rse to fit and are the adaptors easy to come by/expensive?

James.
