Corvette owners \ knowledgeable people....

I am trying to find a picture, or information, on a corvette from a poster I had as a kid.

It was roughly this generation: http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p283/wedgehunter/Meetings/Leeds%20American%20Cruise%2009-06-2007/DSCF5414.jpg

..but had twin square lights inset instead of pop ups, and I think was slightly bodykitted.

If of any importance, it was silver, with a three colour stripe, red orange and yellow I think, down the side.

Any thoughts appreciated...

Ian

Not quite, although the lights are similar, it was a (later?) bulkier model, with the lights set further back from the leading edge, and much lower.

Later non-chrome C3 I would guess, e.g. 1975 ish on.

Sounds like a custom job, although the lights must have been available as a kit, since there are a few C3's running round with them.

Cheers, I *think* the kit might have been similar to this:

(but while silver, not as hideous as this..

So it looks like it was a custom C3 rather than any special edition by GM.
