I know this is a long shot but I'd love to trace an old Vette of mine which I sold about
ten years ago.

It's a right hand drive 1964 Sting Ray roadster in Silver (with 1965 hood), hi-po 327, four speed
manual. I spent £thousands and thousands on it and wish I'd never sold it.

Anyone own it / seen it?

Thanks! Kim

I have the CCCUK database on my laptop at home, so will have a look to see if it is on file. I am sure I recognise the number plate. How come it was / is RHD?

I don't know when or who did the conversion. It was bright yellow when I bought it and I got it repainted
in the 90's. It was once a very successful race car in Hong Kong and eventually bought over to the UK. I bought
it from Claremont and virtually everything fell to bits the minute I got it home. I had the engine rebuilt,
interior retrimmed, power steering added, new wheels, tyres, shocks.

I sold it (or rather gave it away) to a guy called Les and I think he was from Essex.

Thanks for your help!

Finally remember to look on the database and no luck I'm afraid it isn't recorded on my copy. C5RagTop has the up to date version so he may have it if the current owner has renewed or joined recently. C5RT is currently sunning himself overseas so he will probably reply when he is back.
