Want your Corvette to look a little different?

Tristram - there has always been a trend for building retro styling onto Corvettes.
We saw a C5 at Bowling Green two years ago with a C1 body - think the numberplate was '53 MY WAY'
In truth I liked it, a little odd but very well done. There's probably pics on Gixer's www.corvetteclips.co.uk site under Bowling Green, if not I might see if I can find my originals.
None of these cars are going to be for everyone's taste, but you can't argue - they are different!
(Oh - and it's all the rage for the manufacturers now - look at the new Mustang, the concepts of the Charger, Camaro and lately even Trans Am!)

The C1 on a C5 has been around for 2-3 years, then we saw the C2 on a C5 a few weeks ago, and now this so that's why I was wondering if a new cottage industry is popping up. They've all been based around the convertible rather than the coupe though. If someone was to do something around a coupe its something I might be interested in !
