All info so far is in the mag and/or on the website,

23 & 24 June at Huntingdon Racecourse.

The Cruise to The Nationals for this year is under development.

This year promises to be even better than 2006..........

It's also the same weekend as Goodwood FoS and MotoGP at Donington from what I remember.

I won't be there this year as it clashes with the Viking Furball cry

I am thinking of jumping ship this year as the Bromley Pageant of Motoring is on the same weekend again and I have been promising mysely that I will go to this for years. Apparently a number of Vettes go each year so maybe it is worth making a club orientated stand for them, spread the word of the club by those not at the Nationals? This is apparently, the biggest all makes (Brit and Yank) car show in the South, if not the country (don't quote me) Any takers?

Disappointing to hear so many of you won't be at Huntingdon...

Never mind not going on the sunday, you should go up for the Saturday night and stay over, it's usually a great evening.

Whilst the timing of the Nationals isn't great this year - it is THE main club event of the year, I wouldn't have thought it would be in the best interests of the club to support other events on the same day.

I know I'm one of the people who just said they may go somewhere else that day, and I'm not a committee member so 'the views expressed by me are not necesaarily the views of CCCUK or any other human being for that matter'

It is a great laugh, and I've always found it the best place to meet old Corvette friends and new ones too.

Regardless of my involvement in the Club, Fran is right when he says it is the main event of the year for the club and most UK Corvette owners. In my opinion it is more enjoyable than any pageant of motoring or similar.

Naturally everyone has the choice as to what they do on the day and it's a shame that it clashes with Goodwood which may result in a very few not coming. However, Colin, I cannot see that the CCCUK will be supporting your event officially. If you want to surround yourself with Vettes then there is only one place to be - get that roof down, let the wind blow through your hair!! and take a drive to Huntingdon with the rest of the crowd.

Dee Gee - we await your presence..............
