I'm interested - do they make a huge difference? and how much you after for them? They replace the crossbow springs, right? I'm not far from you - I'm near Bagshot

THE SRINGS THAT CAME WITH THE SHOCKS WERE 550LB REAR. 400LB FRONT.
I THEN PLAYED WITH 480 REAR, AND 500 FRONT.ALSO HAVE 450 FRONT
SO ALTOGETHER I HAVE 550/480 REAR (8" IN LENGTH)
400/500 FRONT (9" IN LENGTH)
450 FRONT (10 1/2" IN LENGTH)
IF ITS NOT TO PERSONAL WHAT LENGTH DO YOU HAVE.IF YOU LOOK ON DEMON TWEEKS SITE
THEY HAVE A SHED LOAD OF SPRINGS. LBS/LENGTH /ID ETC.
CHEERS MATE.PS I WONT SELL THESE TO YER IF THEY ARE FOR THE BLUE Z .GOT TO HELP YOU FROM YOURSELF. DAVE .

What are you running at the moment? I am about to get some Mallett/Penske coilovers for my C6 Z06 and the guy reckons they are about 600-700 at the front and only 300-400 rear.

I want a ride that is better than stock on the street and very firm and controlled on the track. They are remote reservoir and the bump damping is adjustable from the reservoirs which is great as you don't have to jack the car up. (Rebound is on the shocks, but apparently doesn't need much tweaking once dialled in).

Hey Godzilla

Are you getting Penske in the UK to make them up ?
I got them to make me some custom 3 ways for the 930 - really good - but really expensive !!

The stiffer ones are for the rear of the yellow one! I feel they are a bit soft and bouncy over bumps.
I will get my tape out at the weekend and measure the current ones.

No I'm getting Mallet Cars in the US to send over a built up coilover set.
Does anyone know if it is ok to send gas-pressurised shocks by air freight?

AIR SHIP WAS`NT A PROB WHEN I GOT THESE.
VETTEHEAD HERES THE THING ,TO KNOW WHAT LBS
SPRINGS YOU HAVE,YOU MAY HAVE TO TAKE OFF THE SAID SHOCK
THEY ALL SEEM TO HAVE THE POUNDAGE ENGRAVED
ON THE TOP/BOTTOM OF THE SPRING.IF THAT HELPS.
RUNNING STOCK ZO6 SPRINGS AT PRESENT.THE BLOWER
THAT I HAVE INSTALLED ADDED 70 ODD LBS TO THE NOSE
COULD`NT SEEM TO GET THE RIDE HEIGHT WITH C/OVERS
WITHOUT PRELOADING THE SPRING WAY TO MUCH.
