Seat stopped working ??!?!

Hi all,

My drivers seat has stopped moving back and forth, everything else appears to be working ie up n down, lumbar etc! any thoughts what may be knackered?

Can I pinch the motor from the passenger seat? its a C5 by the way.

Have you got the easy in/out option set on the DIC? i.e. when you take the key out does it slide all the way back?

Worth checking as it could be the switch on the side of the seat rather than the motor if it moves in other directions.

Can you believe it was a wire that had come adrift from the seat relay grrrrr!! at least it is working now, thanks for your help.
