Obviously apart from a CCCUK meet or Ian Goss's workshop, what is the demographic? I have been away for a while in lots of different places.

Spain = 2
Portugal none
Gran Canaria - none
France = lots at LeMans, but none elsewhere
Belgium / Holland Zero
Deutchland - zero
Denmark - zero
Sweden - zero
UK - Rare except meets and the odd mad waving session at some other smug git
Miami - sandwiched in between every Ferarri
California - fairly rare
Maldives - None
Venice (Italy - not beach) none
Isle of Wight - none
Maui - 7
This week - a foot of snow in Iowa - strangely enough..... none but plenty of SUVs.

Given that I am prolly gonna be stuck out here this weekend, if I do not end up working, I might take a flight towards Bowling Green. Might see a couple there, whaddya think?

but mine is still my fav!

Saw a couple in northern Italy between Brescia and the Alps on different days. They didn't wave. Saw three in a convoy in Belgium on a Sunday evening a few years ago, suspect they were coming back from a show.

I live in a village with about 30 houses and we have 5 Corvettes (my 2, Oh so slow with his 2 and a C3, but never seen the owner) so that must be the most concentrated demographic in the world bar none unless you know different......

There will be a lot at Daytona supporting the 24hrs this weekend, if I were you I would hop on a plane as a. the weather will be better than bowling green, b. Johnny O'Connell, Olly Gavin, Andy Pilgrim, Kelly Collins, Jan Magnusson, Max Papis, Ron Fellows (all Corvette Racing drivers either now or previously) will be racing in various prototypes.

www.daytona24hr.com

for full details!

Oh and there are about 9 Corvettes on the grid too, you will be able to get tickets for this on the gate and you should be able to find somewhere to stay, although you should really spend Saturday night at the track watching the racing!

There's a black C5 in Lanzarote on the road into Costa Teguise.

There's a red C4 in a house in Cabo De Gata near Almeria and a maroon C4 at Moraira on the Costa Blanca and an absolutely stunningly pristine turquoise/white C1 on the motorway on the Costa Blanca too just north of Alicante.

None in Southern India or Zanzibar if that helps.....

Spain has plenty of American cars though. I've seen several Camaro, Firebird and Mustang convertibles swanning about and a lovely red 4th gen LS1 camaro Z28 for sale in Calpe.

Just got back from 10 days in the snow in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Saw no Vettes, but lots of snowploughs, snowmobiles and 4x4s.

Interesting footnote - I flew back via Detriot last hight. There is a Chevrolet shop in Concourse A selling some very expensive things, and they have a corvette section too with clothes, bags, models and all sorts.

You from Aberdeen yeah?

I've seen three in total there, yours (silver), a yellow one going south on the A90 just outside aberdeen and a dark navy one near PC world/George Street.

I Norwich there's a few.

I've seen a Red C3, the owner of which I met in Arnage about 3 years ago.
There's a silver C5 Z06 (I haven't seen this one yet)
Yellow C5 Coupe that everyone thinks is me. (Mine is a convertible)
Black C5 Coupe (Again - I haven't seen this one yet)
And a silver C4 I saw a few months back.

I also bumped into Scott from Corvette Kingdom a few weeks back in a black C3.

Oh - and of course there's me in my Millenium Yellow vert!
