A new record for Z06 in the UK
Discussion
We had five Zeds in the dealership today - is that a record gathering in the UK?
2 Le Mans Blue, 1 Black, 1 Victory Red, 1 Velocity Yellow.
Forgot to take a picture, but have cheeky as my witness.
To counter this, there is one less Z06 in the UK now - We put a Black one with tinted windows front back and side on a plane destined for Hong Kong Yesterday.
I am sure Terence will post picture of the car once he starts modifying it on Cubans web site (20" black OZ wheels will be the first addition).

So many questions...
I'm not at work at the moment, but from memory about ten/twelve Z06 came through last year, twelve this year plus the special editions.
Last year about 40 C6 were sold, but I exepect that to be over 100 this year with lower pricing on demonstrators/showroom cars, better advertising and more showrooms.

How about Z06 resale, is there a market?

One for Park Lane and a little off topic, but can you have a standard C6 in any advertised American colour and if you order one, when would it arrive, or does that depend on the colour?
I have not recently checked the American colour list, but in Europe we can get the following:
Victory Red
Black
Machine Silver
Velocity Yellow
Le Mans Blue
Atomic Orange
Monterey Red
I think that's it.
This year we are running a C6 demonstrator and a showroom display car at each site (11 sites at the moment, at least 13 by the end of the year). If we do not have your colour choice in stock we would first check unallocated European stock, with a 2-3 week availability. Failing that a factory order can take anything between 3 and 5 months.

Paul would have put it in the middle, but lvarga had bought a very high quality vinyl transfer and it couldn't be persuaded to follow the contours of the nose. We did use a copy of Evo to see how far over yours was though David!

There is a market for re-sale, but it seems to be heavily dependant on season/colour.
At the moment the most common enquiry is for Black/Le Mans Blue (we have one Black for immediate delivery), but in the summer everyone wanted Velocity Yellow/Red.
We haven't sold either of our used Zs yet, but I am sure that the silver press car will go now it's below £50k and I expect the Yellow one to sell in the spring for close to what we're asking for it.
We have registered two demonstrators this week, Victory Red and Velocity Yellow, which can be pre sold for June, but other than the unsold black car we are out of new Z06 until July (unless any of the special editions come sooner)

Ta for the reply, so picking two colours, Velocity Yellow and Atomic Orange, how long would they take to come in if ordered?
I've not even driven one yet, but I hear and read good things (even Top Gear like it!) but I like to plan ahead, so you never know.

Thinking of selling?
I could double your mileage in a week if anyone said mileage was too low!
Reading your recent thread, last week alone you very nearly did equal my year's Z06 mileage.
Nope, not looking to sell (just serviced, taxed and insured for another year), I was only interested as Parklane's two used cars seem to have been hanging around for a while, even with the recent complimentary press. I guess people are just buying new ones...
