No it's got nothing to do with me - just saw the ad and thought it looked nice. Not in the market for one myself though for obvious reasons!

Make it 6 grand and I'll have it...seriously that mileage will guarantee the guy doesn't get any offers near that price. Ask someone (me) who had a '93 LT1 with 97k for sale at 10 grand a few years ago when all the others were 13-14k and I still almost didn't get a call (people even put the 'phone down on me when I told them the mileage, even though my car was close to mint as I have ever seen.

There's another ZR-1 on ebay in black (the only colour...) at various prices: £16,950/10,750/13,500 so I guess they are a bit hard to shift at the moment though traditionally, as well all know, 'vette prices vary like the weather.

BTW I'm still into 'vettes, I just don't have a pot-to-p*ss-in or a window to throw it out of at the moment though when I get back into it there's one car I would seriously think about selling my house for (clue: starts with C6, ends in Z06, check out the videos on Utube.com, especially the 0-190 mph one...)

Nope, can't afford any!!!

P.S. I would be a bit cheeky myself and ask for a spin in your Z06 but I'd really be in trouble then. Mind you is it so bad if I'm homeless but own the world's maddest car!?

Not at all!

You'd be welcome to a ride sometime.
