Underneath the passenger side headlight. Easiset way to get to the horn is to take off passenger side front wheel and then you can remove the wheel arch liner which is held in with a load of little 7mm bolts. The challenge is finding all of them, once you do the wheel arch liner will drop down easily.
I think, but can't remember there are small covers that goes underneath each of the front corners which you can also remove but I can't remember if you need to remove the wheel arch liner first or whether you just remove the passenger side cover.
You will also need to remove the brake air duct as this runs through this area, by removing the wheel arch liner you will remove the duct as it is locked in place by a 90 degree twist.

Hope this helps.......BTW why do you need to get to the horn?
