How do all the Z06 owners on here fancy meeting up sometime soon and seeing if we can get all the different colours together for some photos and a bit of play?

How does the afternoon of 29th October sound?

So you've ordered now?

Not sure if I got your e-mail. Or was it about tyre pressures? If I didn't reply then apologies! No, I haven't done anything about it yet but there is about a 4-5psi drop, cold, narrowing to about 2psi warm.

It was about tyre pressures etc, no worries, I know you are busy.
Ok, psi readings are the same as the C5 tyres then, cheers.

PS: One tin of Tim Horton's is already history...when are you going back?! hehe
I might be able to do you a favour - drop me a line before Friday.

The 29th is the surrey region Corvette Cruise to the American Diner in Basingstoke should be a good turnout! It would be great to see all the Z06's make it..

Doh!

That is the date of the awards ceremony for the UK Street Racer championship, at Avon Park Raceway in Stratford. So that's where I'll be on Sunday 29th.

Why don't you all head up to Avon Park and join in some RWYB drag racing, instead of this poodling along slowly and then parking up type behaviour?!?! Corvettes are meant for the strip not a car park! You could always drop in on the diner on the way home....

Times? Without times I can't plan a day of shooting, drag racing and burger eating...

All day, from 8am to 6pm.
I guess we'll do the presentation around midday, to give everyone a chance to get there from wherever they come from.

Was there a ZO6 meeting yesterday?

If not, shall we set one up? scratchchin
I can send out the details via the www.C6ZO6.co.uk site news letter so all the owners see it?

Sorry Graham. Although the cruise happened there was no specific Z06 meet; I realised I'd be too busy celebrating our age group winning the season-ending inter-generational shooting match to go

But yes, let's. My weekends are my own now so I'll fit in with whatever dates people suggest.

Ok, I'll email all the owners and see if we can get a photo opportunity to boot.

I'm up for it. I was going to suggest the Virginia Water meet on the 12th, but the chances of getting our own area are slim to non-existent. The car park was actually closed shortly after I got there last time as it was so full!

I don't do EARLY, particularly on a Sunday!

But I'll give you guys an incentive to save me a space: our shipment of parts is finally about to leave NY, so I shall endeavour to fit what I can into the back of my Z06 and see you there to dish out the goodies!

So it looks like the Virginia Water meet on Sunday 12th November?

Eric? Chaz? Chris?

I shall try and get Neil Hobbs (who has written about his Z06 on my site, www.auto-journals.com) to come along.
Let's make it a Zee Fest!
