Not really about Corvettes but has anybody been watching the new series of 5th gear?
Is it me or is it really just got bad it now based at the Ace cafe! It sems they have had the budget cut in half.
With Top Gear off the air for a while you think they would try and make it even better.

Glad it's not just me, reckon it really is pretty poor, actually turned it over last night, who is the new guy??, dull muppet, not really interested in cars!! VBH is still pretty foxy and can drive! but still dosen't rescue a c*ap show....soapbox

It's diabolical! Have you noticed Jason Plato seems to be completely absent? Maybe he knows its censored too

Jason seems to have been given the boot and also noticed they are no longer in the studio where they use to have the power laps around the track now everthing is based in the Ace!
I was watching it last night and fell asleep. How poor is that for a car show.

Ditto to all of the above. Only watch it for VB-H! She should have her own show.

They really have missed a (regrettable) opportunity - no competition and so they do a rubbish show.

Turned off the first episode, stuck with it last nite but not again, even with VBH

Crikey!

The views on 5th Gear here are as bad as the show!

Yes, Tim Lovejoy is appalling (quite good on his footie show but rubbish in this) and yes they could do better.

Certainly they could do better than VBH. I can't believe any of you watches it for her strangely formed, squealing self though.

Plato is racing at the mo but will be back (next week, I think).

I quite like the technology bits myself.

The crying shame is how good it could have been, and indeed occasionally used to be.

The one with Tiff sliding the F430 Spider was a classic as was his road comparison of the Enzo and F1 and that was only in the last series!

Very cheap production values and scripts that would put Vroom Vroom to shame...

Oh yeah, forgot to mention that. It was good enough to make me buy a Z06, particularly when the following week he drove the £200k Ferrari 599 Fiorano and declared he had had more fun in the Z!

Tiff confided in a good friend, the chap who owns the Maca and the Enzo that the ZO6 was the best value sports car that money could buy. Brilliant as a road car and fantastic on the track. VBH is still quite sexy in that sought of I'd like give her something to cure that sore throat of hers that gives her that husky voice sought of way.

Sadly even VBH does'nt squeal nearly as much as she used to and Shakey Byrne was reduced to litle squirts of gas in mainly built up areas in Italy in the Lambo.I have seen better on low budget sky channel fodder.COULD DO BETTER !!!!!

I'll rephrase my prior politeness: she's a minger.

She's a fat little slaphead squealer alright. And that's just Tom Ford. VBH is even worse. I've stopped watching the programme altogether. My optimism it might get better evaporated after seeing Mr Woodentop trying to forge a link. Kill this show. Buy in some of the American car shows.

Tim Lovejoy is ok on Soccer AM, but he really sucks on 5th Gear. This programme used to be good, but it is really spoilt by VBH and TL gibbering on in the Ace Cafe. Good idea maybe, but poor execution. hurl curse censored ranting

Keep VBH though... hehe yum

I think the show is pants. Complete rubbish. Scrawny VBH needs 6 months on Doctor V8Ds pie and lard diet, and an old sock in the gob to shut it up for a while!
A few good car reviews, but annoyingly presented.
