The Fairmile BBQ - 26th of August

The 3rd annual Fairmile BBQ and Classic Car show is on the 26th of August from 7 p.m. this year.
They will be charging £4 per head to cover costs this year, but there will be a live band performing amongst the other attractions and more bar staff!
If you want to attend then please let the Fairmile know by the 22nd of August.

The CCCUK will be in attendance as in previous years.

Spoke to the Fairmile. They need the Corvette Club organiser to let them know how many tickets are required. They'll then print out that number of tickets. Richard/Colin - is this your understanding?

Hi all, I have this evening spoken to the Fairmile and can confirm the info above. Richard and/or I will have to pay for these tickets in advance, so we will need your firm commitment on attending please. I am glad to say that after missing the last two meets due to work commitments, I will be able to attend this event.

When are you collecting cash Colin? Will Tuesday 23rd be ok? Or do you want us to send cheques...? I can imagine this whole ticket business being a problem, given that most are used to just turning up!

I will pay for these up front if I have to as the Fairmile say they want paying by the 22nd. If you want food on the night, seek me out and I will provide the ticket (otherwise I will end up fatter than I already am) If the pub will defer the need to buy for one night, we can pick them up on Tuesday for those that attend. I will keep you posted on what I find out.

Well done Colin and thanks. I will try and find out if anyone else from Kent will want to come this weekend. If they do, I will take payment and send you a cheque.
