Steve Saunders has recently bought a blue C6 convertible. I used to see his red C5 "SCS 1" around the Esher/M25 area and a week ago spotted a blue C6 convertible but didn't catch the registration. You can read about Steve's coast to coast trip across USA in Vette News. Says his C6 came from LA though.

Doubt she would have got far as it has a slightly interesting exhaust system at the moment that would probably throw so many codes the dash would light up like a xmas tree.
Were you wearing your corvette racing T shirt whilst driving the viper?, was that just to remind yourself of your roots and how successful you had been in getting to drive a viper
