Finally got my rims on
Discussion
Been waiting around 7months to get my rims on the vette since the order was delayed and the car is finally out and road legal after 4months of entering the UK!
Would love to get it out and about to some meets sometime soon.
I was a little worrier about the colour choice of rims, but it seems to match up perfectly and that's coming from me who is very picky!
Forgestar F14s in Bronze Burst Metallic, 18x10 fronts and 19x12 rears.
Need to take some decent pictures soon when I get the time.

Rims looking great. Could I ask what the hold up was and who with? I have a car that is about to be shipped back from the USA and was quoted 8-12 weeks from start to finish for the whole process including modifications.
I'm interested too, I dropped my C6 off at Houston last week and am waiting for some sort of shipping/container reference. I'm going to have a go at making all the changes myself and have bought a Tech2 clone. Soop Dogg said:
Gets a thumbs up from me too!
Not the obvious choice of colour but then I'm sure that's not what you were looking for. (Let's face it, in the UK the 'vette isn't the obvious choice of car either!)
I think they really look well on the car..
Thanks very much! You're absolutely right about it not being the obvious choice of car, but it amazes me by how many ppl know what the car actually is the UKNot the obvious choice of colour but then I'm sure that's not what you were looking for. Thanks a lot! The hold up was pretty much my choice. It was either spend another £4000 in getting the vette IVA approved since they seemed to be nit picking at everything on the first test, or wait till it January and pass the 10yr limit. If your car is an '08 or less, don't even bother with the IVA modifications.. it makes the vette look ugly! Plus they'll drill into your carbon fibre fenders :/ (wasn't happy about that)
