Claremont opinions/experience?
Discussion
So, my C6 will soon be due a service & MOT (doesn't time fly!). For most of the 8 years I've owned it I've used Ian Goss for servicing, repairs, etc, and have always been very happy with Ian and his guys. However, after moving to Kent 18 months ago, it can be a pain in the butt slogging round the M25 to get to his workshop, so reluctantly I'm looking at other options.
The nearest specialist to me is now Claremont, and I wonder if any PHers have used Claremont for servicing and if so what your experience has been?
Thanks in advance!

.................They don't exactly have much heritage in this space......
Bit harsh - how much "heritage in this space" did Bauer Millett have when they started with Corvette (or indeed, the 10 or so Vauxhall dealers appointed by GM in the late 1990's)?All new franchises have to start somewhere.

Not sure how that shortens the drive from Kent?
I know they're official Vette dealers but until a year ago they were just knocking out Saab and Subaru.
They don't exactly have much heritage in this space. All they seem to have are couple of massively overpriced C7's.
Thought the OP was Hampshire based (not Kent)?I know they're official Vette dealers but until a year ago they were just knocking out Saab and Subaru.

Yeah, well there's Kent and there's Kent isn't there? East/West/South East Kent - OP profile said Hants
Well spotted - profile now updated Kent is indeed a big county, although to get to Ian Allen or Ian Goss the most logical route from anywhere in Kent is around the bottom of the M25 which isn't a great journey, especially in the rush hour(s)!Gassing Station | Corvettes | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
