Which insurance for modded C6???
Discussion
Can anyone suggest an insurance company to approach who will be able to help me on repatriation to the UK this summer? I have a 2005 C6 which has intake/headers/CAI/exhaust/seats/suspension and wheel mods.
I've owned her as a daily drive/trackday fun car for over 4 years and for what it is worth here I thought I'd bring her back with me on posting!
It only just occurred to me about the stringent rules on mods with some UK companies but am hoping you guys can help me come up with something workable.
Anyone help with where to start?
Ritch
PS - bringing a Ram home too but that's a different story lol

Hi
You could try
A plan , Stevenage insurance services, Adrian flux .
I use Aviva cheapest around for me , only problem is they tend to search the vehicle info using you number plate
So at this point they will not be able to find your car if your with me.
I'll dig some more out .
Cheers mate

Hey
You might want to try some of the standard insurers like Admiral. I'm with them (unmodded 2007 C6) but asked them about some upgrades (inc. exhaust, x-pipe and headers) and the difference was minimal. Think it was an extra £20 on top of a £480 annual premium.
Hope that helps.
Cheers
