C5 Z06 - Valve Spring failure

Just suffered a valve spring failure on my 2002 C5 Z06
I wasn't aware that it's a known problem but now looking into it - it is.

Be aware early 2002 C5s seem to be at the highest risk and for the sake of a $10 spring it's worth changing them, just in case.
