Dating letter

Can anyone tell me where I can get a dating letter to prove the age of a 92 Vette that I'm trying to register with the DVLA, needs to be from a club or manufacturer they say. Thanks in advance.

The VIN number tells you what model year it is (10th character in VIN # is "N" for a '92 as below:

The CCCUK can confirm with DVLA the year of a Corvette but unfortunately this is a members only benefit.
