I'd Forgotten just how much effort goes into Polishing the car .... Collinite is a Tub Wax .... Unlike liquid wax that hazes over quickly with a 'Light' Buff off she comes ....A lot more effort goes into this Stuff ... It's Good on the Black Plastics it doesn't Stain it, I finished off with a small sponge and Wet'n'Black for the Tyres and all the Black Plastics
And Auto Glym Fast Glass ... Looking Good in the Sun ....And my Heads Red!!!

Now then Brett ...just seen that reply under other Thread ... How much where they? The MonoBlocs are reasonable'ish but when I searched these 'split Rim' wheels the rears where best part of $2000 each! Plus the pressure Sensors plus the Tyres
Plus 'Shipping' ....Not an Option I could have afforded ...mine where FREE! Came New with the car!

Ken, does that wax powder at all? The front half of my Z06 is wrapped in clear film so I have to make sure I use a polish that doesn't clay at all. Otherwise it manages to find the edges of the film

Hi it certainly was easy enough to apply ....but on a cool but Sunny Day...I applied the Collinite using the round 'damp' sponge one panel at a time...problem was I had expected it to haze over quickly like liquid polishes I used on other cars...as I came back to polish off the first panel it wasn't ready so treat another. Don't get me wrong the Detailers that did the car used this polish, After it's Multi Stage cutting Compounds ...It is a wax with according to the Tin a very long life.... "lasts at least a year" They put another harder polish on top 'KF' Kleen Freaks in a Black plastic Tub with a Green 'KF' on the front. [That Polish says to allow at least 30 mins before Buffing for the Polish to take effect] it doesn't stain the black plastics and I used 6 or 8 Microfiber Clothes [Now washed and dried.....I'd purchased the two polishes and a Bumper pack of the Cloths from the Detailer]
When I wash it I use Snow Foam and take a Soft Brush to get into the shut lines to get any residue out and I feel that's probably the way you wash round the edges of the Plastic Coat?
