C6 ZR1 INJECTOR SIZE ? AND STUFF .
Discussion
Hi guys
Think these are included with the TVS2300 supercharger , shorty's .
Not sure if these will be suitable for 600rwhp ish . Will have to do the pump though .
EFI live licence ,when changing from one car to another ?????
MAP 2 BAR , I`m trying to sort out stuff at the rear ,bulkhead area ,kinda need to put $hit in there now ,not much room when blowers on.
So will I need a 2 BAR MAP if doing a maf tune, not sd , or are they used for both .
Any help appreciated , thanks guys.

Not sure about EFI Live but with HP Tuners the 2 bar tune is a separate operating system and SD only - no MAF (max out and disconnect).
I had problems getting a 2 bar MAP that replaces the 1 bar at the rear of the manifold. Summit will try to sell you the wrong one - you want the one of a Tahoe or something. Can't seem to upload a .pdf - I have photos of the offending items.

Efilive is free for custom OS.
So you just need a spare license. If you used one for your last car you should have a spare one for the new one.
Zero cost or PM me..
Also you will still need the 2bar sensor even if you retain the maf. You will find you will peg the maf as it supports a max of 512g/sec up till around 2010 when they changed OS and IIRC now go to a higher value. So unless you go with a 2 bar tune you will lose the ability to control fuelling accurately. Some guys hack the tune by halving some values in order to fudge the limit, but unless you change almost all the tables and know what you are doing you will probably just make a mess.
Bottom line 2bar is best.

Ah thanks guys.
I did get a 2 bar sensor with other stuff from gm parts house .
I hope to get an email tune from the states , would be nice to have my efi live , or trinity ready to go , or just might send pcm to the tuner if they think that's better.
realise it would need more tinkering ,just need something close.
My efi live will probably need an update ,will look into that .
Rich might need a hand with that etc if your up for it .
Thanks guys ,really do appreciate the help .
