As per title. Would like an affordable exhaust with a bit more noise to it.

Thoughts from the populous?

If you did headers you'd be set.

Got the exhaust commander... but the noise is still a bit too polite.

Just get your foot on that throttle pedal!

Turns up the volume nicely. driving

I had QTP cutouts on my C5 Z06. Highly recommended in so far as they are as loud as any aftermarket exhaust, yet you can turn them off when they get tedious, which they will as the resonance is appalling when in top gear.

On the downside, I had one fail very early on when the butterfly valve was spinning freely on the shaft. For the next four years they were fine but more recently they went out of synchronisation and started sticking. You do need to maintain them.

Overall?? - great fun and they achieve the objective.

I went the simple route and just removed the rear boxes altogether. I dont find the noise obtrusive in 6th at all.

Do a search for "C6 Z06 EXHAUST MOD" on Google, loads of people have gone that route
