A great man who achieved a huge amount in his long life, not only in racing but also safety.

What a guy! My friend and neighbour have been talking recently about what an epic achievement it was for Moss to win the 1955 Mille Miglia in record time. Hadn't realised that John was a) Best in class/5th overall in a standard 300SL and b) he conceived/built the roller map used by Moss and Jenks on the race.
