Whilst this year's attempt on GT Pro honours unravelled rather dramatically, as witnessed by the growing pile of scrap at the back of the Vette garage by Sunday morning, there is one small positive outcome, in that the team gave a couple bits of the scrap pile to assorted passers by.

The guys at Beermountain.com (famous for the formation Raleigh Chopper 1664 Squadron) have been holding a charity auction to raise money for various deserving causes, and this year are supporting the 'Vulcan To the Sky" charity (www.vulcantothesky.org). So if you fancy getting hold of the (slightly dented) oil tank from the 74 car (Olly Gavin, Richard Westbrook and Tommy Milner), they're currently auctioning the ( I think) Laguna Seca and Long Beach winning component! You have to register to view the beermountain site, but once you're logged in, just click on the forum and look for the charity thread.
