Yes the guy had it from brand new CCCUK owner and has been cared for from day one. Serviced every year on the dot and never tracked just a weekend toy. Also the ligenfelter kit was not a cheap option. This must be the best 06 in the UK.

If I had the money it would have never made it on here!! Someone will get a great car.

Is this the same Lingenfelter kit that David Yu had?

I'm hoping it doesn't mean it'll blow up just because of this kit...

They both had the same kits, but David's had a modified throttle body because it wasn't making the quoted power.

Eric's car will have had an extremely easy life compared to that car.

I've never understood why anyone would bother. I have dyno'd three LS7's on a bench and every one of them has given readings of 550bhp or over. The car is far from slow and it takes a talented individual to get everything out of the car as it comes from the factory anyway. It may be that the car is and will remain bomb-proof reliable but for me there would always be the nagging doubt. GM and other manufacturers do tens of thousands of miles of testing on engines to make them reliable where typically tuners do little to none. Reminds me of TVR where the customers did the development testing. If its not quick enough, just buy a ZR-1! wink

Anyhow, the car looks lovely.

Well without naming names I was talking to a C4 owner a while ago that had covered 2,000 miles in 2 years and he nearly had a heart attack when I said I did 1500 miles in a weekend on our trip to the German Corvette Club meet at Suhl...

But buying a low use car isn't a bad starting point...

Superb looking car/looks "mint" and service book full of stamps from my favourite #1/main man Surrey based specialist I see. I am not getting out enough either, have only done 25k miles in 23 years in my 85 C4. Hope someone will appreciate that when I sell it.

The Z06 you are asking about gave me the push to buy mine. Last time I saw it (about 9 months ago) it was mint as the guy treats it it well and has it serviced all the time. Sounds amazing too - you should hear the noise it makes!
