Hi all, desperate to find out what became of her. I bought whilst on holliday in Sarasota , Florida in July 91 and shipped her back.
Was an incredibly original Dec 68 Built , 4 speed , 350cu California car, Elec windows, no p steering, or power brakes or tilt wheel and with the most rust free chassis ( had looked at lots before ) but with a non original and knackered engine!!
I traced her second owner ( 1970-1980 ) who whilst flying combat in Vietnam lent it to his brother, who blew the Orig engine up big time, whilst racing one night. I built a Hot Edelbrock 350 and she went very very well.
In 95 An E Type came up and I stupidly sold her to a " horse trader " who I'n the mid to late 90s was shipping Lots of Corvettes out to a Dealer based I'n or near to Paris. Any one recognise this Dealer ??

Horse trader I sold her to refuses to give me the French Dealers details .... I contacted a French Corvette club, and several European clubs, but the Vin is not listed. Someone sugested she may ? Have been shipped back to the States

Any ideas ? Anyone have a list of Corvette clubs around the world ? Any help much appreciated.

I wonder if it 'really' went to Paris - perhaps it came back - there have been a couple of yellow '68 small block cars 'focal' of late - for sale on ebay or where ever!

Do you have the VIN Number? The membership secretary for the CCCUK could then check if the car is still within the UK Club.
