C6 Sat Nav Problems

Can anyone help but everytime i enter a route into the nav and press the circle marker to highlight the destination.It comes up unable to give voice guidance for this area.And is unable to plot a route.Before this happened and you could plot a route.If you strayed off it.It was unable to re-calculate.Is my disc at fault??.Any ideas??
