Recommendations for probate solicitor/specialist?

I have a probate problem that's been going on for nearly 4 years!

I'm a joint executor and my co executor doesn't talk to me. They were sole executor to a UK Will which was my mothers last will & testament.

Another Will which I am co-executor was previously written in Ireland this may not be valid as it was not my mothers last will and testament.

My co-executor and Irish solicitor will not engage with me, they have worked together prior to my mothers passing where another property was taken out of my mums estate and given away for pretty much free to another sibling.

After the UK Will was completed somehow my co executor then involved a solicitor in the UK with the help of the Irish solicitor and me denied any information whatsoever even though I am a joint executor the Irish solicitor won't reply yet I'm expected to pay for something I'm not involved in.

It has apparently been to the High Court in Ireland Jan 2024 and I've heard nothing since, I suspect its been sent back to the High Court in the UK.

I really need advice how to move this forward as in reality my mothers last will was a UK Will and has completed and not taken into account the Irish Will.

There are two Barristers involved one in UK and one in Ireland going back and forth something I've not been able to have any information about.

I did complaint to the LSRA (SRA in the UK)in Ireland but they wasted a year and never answered one of any questions. i.e. what are the solicitors costs a legal requirement for all regulated solicitors, & just stopped me from going any further. My mothers estate is been wasted by my co-executor I need a way forward.

So please any decent UK Probate specialist will be welcome. As for the estate value, no one knows as low as 70k euro or 220K euro. The property has been empty in Ireland since and deteriorating badly I would expect.

The mental strain of all this is crazy, after nearly 4 years I'm no nearer to a resolution than the day my mother died.

There are other beneficiaries been denied what is rightfully theirs also, including myself, just even knowing which country to pursue this is hard to work out, UK probate ombudsman or sue my co-executor for failing to administer my mothers last will and testament in the UK. Help!!!

I am an executor of the only Will left, as the UK Will was completed by the Co-op they were aware of the Irish property at the very beginning when they were hired for the UK Will.

The sole executor did nothing to add the Irish property to my mothers UK Will and the co-op did the least possible to get the UK Will completed.

The Irish Will and the hiring of all the Solicitors & Barristers in the UK and Ireland happened after UK probate was given, therefore the only Will left in existence is the Irish Will, which as a joint executor I have been denied access for years, so how can I not be involved if the UK Will has completed, the only way I see this as possible is via a private engagement by the sole UK executor which would mean that the cost for these solicitors and barristers should not fall or be paid by my mothers estate as they have happened outside of UK Probate.

have not been involved and have and am deliberately excluded by the Irish Solicitor. I suppose what i need to know is was the UK Will enacted correctly. I only found out about the hiring of the UK Solicitor and Barristers after complaining to the Irish LSRA where the Irish Solicitor left in the names of the newly engaged solicitors & Barrister and by me googling their names to find out what the addresses and chambers in the UK they belonged to.
