With Speed Cameras now being made highly visible, in my area with flourecent paint, I have noticed a new and disturbing problem. Before the change of colour, the 2 holes on the rear of the camera, which rumour has it must be open if the camera is to work, could be clearly seen as either open or closed, as they were painted the same grey as the rest of the box. Now the box is Yellow and the holes are still grey, therefore making it very difficult to tell wether the holes are open or closed, without slowing down. Clever ain't they?!

They ain't clever, they just couldn't be ar$ed to make the internal access covers (the grey holes) yellow as well.

I'm not sure they reckon speeding motorists check stuff like that anyway.
