Saw this one this morning on the A303 by Exeter Airport. "Layby Closed" warning signs, then a white unmarked van in the layby. This was on both sides of the dual carriageway. One side was laser gun, other side was a BIG van with what looked like a GATSO poking out the back. No marked plod around anywhere as far as I could see - just glad there was traffic around, otherwise I'd've been getting a ticket in the post. Bit sneaky I thought and I haven't seen this before. Just be aware if you see "Layby CLosed"

They need a damn good kicking...
Ooops, did I say that?
Just look out for vans. In particular, look out for vans at *night*. HOwever, if they don't have reflective tape on them, they ain't legal. SO I heard.
