Police Car - Nicked!

A man has been fined £450 after driving off in a police car. Patrick Bergen was stopped after driving around a roundabout several times. Police officers placed him in the back of their patrol car whilst they waited for breat testing equipment. Bergen then locked the doors, climbed into the front of the car and drove off. A police helicopter was called in to track him down!
