Geodesy or Origin Blue

Hi all, longtime lurker first time poster.
Having decided to get a GPS detector for my car, i've got to choose between a Geodesy and an Origin Blue. The Geodesy is cheaper to buy & update, and have heard good reviews from owners both on here and other boards. However i havent heard much about the Origin - anyone got one? How do you rate it, and what made you go for it over the Geodesy?

I am considering the Origin over the Geodesy. Basically because it has a display and comes complete with an external antenna rather than having it as an option (if I remember).
