Spotted this on www.autoexpress.co.uk (and I quote) :

Hmmmm now if the European Courts can agree that this should be valid across Europe, then that would be nice ;-)

Its on the ABD web site under news. Apparantly a camera has to be on a proven accident black spot and this wasn't.

Funny this, no reports to be found in Germany about this!!! Nor is there any mentionof which court/county etc. I think this may be doubtful!
Anyone got further info?
