I got flashed coming into London off the M3 on the elevated section of the road works. Didn't realise it was a tempory 30 limit. Anyone know if these are live & working?

yep.
There are about 4 cameras in each direction down there, mostly mobiles.

Still the amount of people that get nicked down there you might get a way with it if they haven't emptied the camera that day.

Normally I think that staggered cameras are UNFAIR. I mean you slam on your anchors to avoid the camera, then blip the throttle and, pop, second camera gets you. That's clearly cheating as any school boy could tell you.

However, must say it was a great cosolation when BMW man overtook me shortly after I'd triggered the first camera and was still giving me a "w*nker" gesture as the second camera got him LMFAO. trebbles all round.

I live round that area and have a good friend who works for the local bandits!!! Well you know who i mean. Amyway he has said that 'most' of the time they havnt got film in them. Also the permenant one that is stationed there usually is definately not active, ive driven past it everyday for a year and have lived in the area 9 years and i think ive seen it go off twice? So with that in mind i doubt whether you'll get a brown envelope!!
