That wasn't me !!! I read another unbelievable story today. In Germany it is allowed to drive a car which is not capable of doing more than 25 KPH without a driving license. With a bit of sledgehammering I chap managed to get more than 130 KPH out of such a machine and was done while moving with nearly 80 KPH in a 50 KPH zone. How about that ?

But it's just like I was aware: there aren't many social differences between the Continent and the Kingdom.
The only ones I can recall are:
* getting a past 23:00
* driving on the left side
* reading other newspapers

It was only England & Wales that had this problem - less of an issue in Scotland & probably NI. New laws are being passed that remove this problem all across the Kingdom....
