76 mph in a 50 zone

Just received an NIP for 76 in a 50 on a clear road on a Sunday morning in Bedfordshire. Its a camera area but the boxes have never been live. Caught by a portable camera in a van parked by the road.

Thankfully my last offence was December 98 which earned me 6 points and a £300 fine for 66 in a 30 (lucky I know).

Likely outcome?

Advice on whether I'm likely just to get the statutory 3 points and £60 please.

Thats what I got for being caught doing 78 in a 60 zone in August 2000 (although it was a £40 fine then)
