Help - Radar bands used in the UK

Just bought a Valentine 1, looks like a nice bit of kit but:

What bands (e.g. K, Ka, X etc) do I need to worry about and which do I need to discard. I understand that the V1 does not have Ku on as default - do I need to turn it on?? I only drive in the UK.

I think you need to turn Ku on, but turn X off.
