Recommended motoring solicitor

I had a friend who used this lot, was happy with the advice, which in his case they would be nailed to a cross on it as the vehicle was allocated to a single user, they were very clear on where he stood.

Thanks, but need a solicitor at this stage rather than a barrister. AGT will be the go to if it goes to court.
I believe that AGT IS a solicitor, as well as a barrister. I am not 100% certain - as sometimes the difference can be unclear. Worth checking

Barrister not a solicitor. I am not 100% certain - as sometimes the difference can be unclear. Worth checking
In straightforward cases (especially magistrates’ court cases) suitably qualified barristers may undertake so-called direct access cases. I.e. we are instructed without a solicitor.
If the case is complex (most but not all crown court cases) then you will need a solicitor and a barrister. I sometimes explain the different roles this way. Think of a motor racing team. The client supplies the parts, the solicitor builds the car and barrister drives the car.
Barristers generally focus on court work (litigation) and don’t want to get involved before court proceedings are commenced. There are exceptions of course - some barristers do 100% non-contentious work.
I’d also add that agtlaw was able to recommend a solicitor to me for a family member (which may or many not have been because I’m in his “manor” as it were); his advice was excellent, as was the solicitor - so much so that it entirely avoided the need to subsequently instruct agtlaw!

Can you tell me their name please?832ark said:
