Good Morning All

I have been involved in a recent accident that was not my fault i need the services of a good legal mind to sort the problem out
I don't want a motor claims company as this is about a motor claims company dispute' so i would be going round in circles so to speak
My experience on this forum in the past is that some very good advice is often given by people in the know and i would appreciate
Any advice in this area thank you all in advance

You'll get some good advice on here (and some not so good!), but you'll have to explain what the problem is. You've alluded to "insurance"? It wasn't your fault? So just let the insurance sort it all out for you.

Unless there's a problem with your insurance of course. But you haven't told us what the problem is yet.

I'm presuming it's this: https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...

Seems like OP has decided to ignore the advice given on the other thread.

White Dalton as I suggested on the other thread. They are a law firm, not a motor claims business and would be a good first contact.

I'm a bit lost at why you feel you need to lawyer up. If you can briefly explain the issue I'll try and help.

its a case of my insurance being cancelled and the third partys also being cancelled just trying to get some help on my legal stance on this
i have taken on board a lot of what was said on my last posting i have involved the ombudsman but no outcome just yet
i have been told as i was insured at the time of my accident as was the third party who was at fault my claim should be with the third partys insurance
having spoken with them they think different third partys policy is void so is my claim and now they wont respond to my mail so my options are limited in this respect sorry for any misunderstanding in my last post
