I know there are different opinions on here as to whether the Diesel Claims being promoted are pure solicitor profiteering or have some validity.

As a company car driver I chose and specced a Merc E220 which over the course of the 4 year lease cost me a lot more in BiK for the last 2 years because the emissions were proven to be a lot higher than promised. So much so I could have leased it on a PCP for the cost of my resulting extra tax and child maintenance payments.

So my question is whether company car drivers are able to join these group claims or are they just for personal “owners?”

Are you sure it wasn't just because the BiK rates shot up for all combustion engined vehicles?

The CO2 value that it was certified with is what determines the BiK tax, and I'm pretty sure no vehicles have had this changed.
