Going into work today, 0905 approx, behind normal plod car which in turn was behind a slow moving load. Load pulled off just as we came to a 40 limit(Cupar trading estate), boys in blue carried on at 50 ish, across roundabout, back up to 40+ ish in the 40, then 40 ish in the 30 at Cupar town threshold.
All speeds estimated from the distances plod car pulled out on both straights from myself who using superb powers of observation decided that this would be a good location to OBSERVE the posted speed limits ie Built up area etc.
Car Vauxhall Astra, reg Y923 PVS
Female plod driving from what I could see.(ie hairdo and stature).
Named and Shamed.

Past the police station then ?

Don't be too hard on Fife police though, they ignore race exhausts, iridium visors and when dropping out of hyperspace[1] after overtaking an unmarked car[2] I didn't get pulled the other evening[3]. They even let us know where the (s)camera van is going to be lurking on their website.

[1] from well into three figures to something approaching the legal limit for M-ways.
[2] silver Vectra
[3] Probably because they were heading back to the cop shop at the end of the shift
