Hey all, new poster here.
Just wondered if anybody knew how long the speed cameras have been in operation at the above. I do the journey every day but had a NIP on Sat for doing 65 in a 50 10 days beforehand. My worry is that in the 10 days between I could have passed the limit again.
What fine & points should I expect?

I did think about that, but I don't think there's any bridges between 3 & 4 in the 50 zone.

whatever

The camera signs (and the cameras I think) have been there for about 6-9 months. Its been a 50 zone for ages because of subsidence and humps in the road. Clearly marked for a long time and now with roadworks on.

Oops!

The humps in the road are only there on the SE bound carriageway though aren't they? Did that bit on Saturday, and was on the look out for cameras, as the 50 limit keeps going for a while after the roadworks finish. They need a few more repeater signs in there as the majority think once the roadworks are out of the way, so is the limit.

I think you got caught at the bridge on J4, the speed camera van is nearly there al the time, it's the only place on that strech of motorway you can get caught by camera, the other way is that unmarked cars are their thro' where the humps are too J9. Be on the look out for a Navy Blue BMW 5-series, Black Skoda Octavia RS, Black Honda Accord, and i think there's also a black Discovery, but that looking a bit old and tired the last time i saw it, i think but not sure the Skoda took over Patrol. and obviously Marked cars are their but you can't miss 'em.

That would make sense, I was carrying on to junction 6 on the day in question, whereas every other day I come off at 4, so I was probably going a bit faster than normal.

After sending off my NIP, confirming I was driving etc., how long should it be before the fine & points come through the door?
