Lost paper part of photo license

As you know im being given 3 points by D&C police ltd
for speeding but ive lost the paper part of my license ive got the photo card but need a replacment paper section how do i go about getting it ?? ive been down the post office and the old old old lady was no help so im asking you lot , the pistonhead pool of knowledge

Yup ive got the pic and it is'nt me on the bike , but if i take it to court they will want money from someone so its not worth the hassle the only way you get an apology from plod or courts in this crappy country is if you an asylum seeker to which they will bend over backwards for you , if your british your own country will screw you for everything 
im not happy about it but what else can you do as for the police they are more of a money making company these days than a public service

I dont know who it is there was a group of 6 of us and we swapped a couple of times but its not me too thin and wrong leathers , i think it would be a waste of time , read the above to see what i think about the courts and police Ltd , they are into making money when it comes to motoring not saftey they cant make money out of that ..... well apart from prosocuting drivers that show an ability to drive at speed ,
Ive got hold of DVLA swansea thismorning is'nt it !
ive got to send my photo card back with £170 and they will issue a new one boyo ! £17 for a replacment license if your over 70 its £6 should be £1000
