Caught the tail end of a news item.... Apparantly, somewhere in North Wales they reduced a 60 to a 30. Muggers out in force with the polaroids etc but have jumped the gun as its not in force yet so a fair few tickets issued are now void.
Where can we get a bunch of NSL signs made up and then go round and replace all these w@nker reductions? F@cking halfwits - take the local councilors out n shoot em!
