How long do I have to wait before I know I'm caught
It was over two ago since the event

If you are a non English native person, but from the Europen Union e.g. Irish
Can we get points on our licenses for speeding ? In Ireland they do not have a points system

As long as a NIP hasn't been posted with enough time to reach you within 14 days of the incident you are OK.

Not true, they have 14 days to actually post it, when posted it is deemed as having been served. If you have moved or it is a company car it may take much longer to reach you, it is still valid.
