6:15pm last night, A404 Southbound, just after M40 junction (Handy Cross). Layby 250m down hill towards Marlow, Black sporty looking 5 Series BMW, one guy in a white shirt sitting in car with driver's window down. I was going Northbound (up the hill, slowing for traffic) and saw this guy had a radar gun pointed out of the window, resting on the door mirror, so as to measure the velocity of any cars which have just passed him going down the hill.

Bit crafty that one. Saw him pull out a minute or so later, not sure if it was in 'pursuit' or just to get another donut.
